Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

Your item must be new, unworn, and in the exact state that you received it, including the original tags and packaging, in order to be eligible for a return.

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made pieces, is not eligible for returns. Please contact our Customer Support for more information.

Initiating a Return:

Please get in touch with our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order if you want to start a return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item received, damaged item).

Inspection and Processing:

When we receive your returned item, we'll check to see if it satisfies our requirements for returns before we accept it. After examination, we'll initiate your return and let you know if your refund was accepted or rejected.
